Cryosafe to tackle the 24 peaks

In July Cryosafe will be joining the SGMF team in tackling the gruelling 24 peaks challenge in support of the Seafarers Charity.

One of the toughest events in the UK, 33 miles, 24 challenging peaks and huge ascents and descents (13,000ft). Tackling some of the UK's most challenging climbs over a 24 hour period.

The Seafarers’ Charity was launched in 1917 as the King George’s Fund for Sailors (KGFS).

The Seafarers Charity grant giving to maritime charities brings truly life-changing impact for many who work – or have worked – at sea, and their families. They reduce hardships experienced by seafarers by enabling environments where, instead, they can thrive, supporting their practical and welfare needs at home, in port and at sea, often far from home. We also enable them to connect with loved ones – and to find comfort and companionship in retirement.
